You can first generate a reporting of issues using:

bundle exec rubocop \                                
  --auto-gen-config \
  --auto-gen-only-exclude \
  --no-exclude-limit

You can fix a specific issue using this line:

rubocop --auto-correct-all --only Layout/EmptyLineAfterGuardClause

In this example, Layout/EmptyLineAfterGuardClause is the issue we auto correct.
