Bug description: Sort transactions incorrectly at the Votes table

Steps:

  1. Go to a proposal details: https://serenity.aurascan.io/votings/116
  2. Use many address to vote this proposal
  3. Update voted option
  4. Check Votes table
  5. See error

Expected result: Sort transactions from newest to oldest at the Votes table
