This free extension enables you to get desktop notifications for Google Meet and will help you never miss anything that happens in the background in chat!

To have the extension up and running on your system proceed as follows
I tested the extension on Windows 10 system with Google Chrome, it should work fine for other modern browsers like Firefox, Opera etc.
- Any modern day browser.
- Src files for extension. Download Here.
This guide is for Chrome users.
- Enable developer mode on right in extensions on Chrome
- Click load unpacked and browse to src folder for extension that you downloaded earlier
- Hit select and open any meet.
- Voila! It should be working now.
