#3262 is recurring. When using tabs, the state of the previous screen is not retained when navigating back with the browser.

Describe the bug
The following problems have recurred or have not yet been resolved
When navigating between tabs on a page, after switching tabs and moving to the next screen, returning via browser back always causes the previous screen to reload once. This issue only happens the first time; subsequent attempts with the same steps do not reproduce the problem.

- Click on the Projects tab
- Click ID twice to sort
- Click on the Project row
- Browser Back
