And then
# gitlab-ctl reconfigure
# gitlab-ctl start
for trace error
# gitlab-ctl tail
Browse to the hostname and login

# vi /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
LoadModule proxy_module modules/mod_proxy.so
LoadModule proxy_http_module modules/mod_proxy_http.so
# vi /var/opt/gitlab/gitlab-rails/etc/gitlab.yml
