Wrong version in 1.6.3

Hi!
Your setup.py in released version 1.6.3 has version = 1.6.2 instead of version = 1.6.3.

Yeah noticed after the release and pushed in the fix after that.
But I don't want to do a new release just to fix this - if its causing headache, pls repoen and I'll do a 1.6.4 with a proper numbering.
