-Install python -Install tensorflow using pip (pip install tensorflow) -Install matplot using pip (pip install matplotlib) -Install numpu using pip (pip install numpy)
USAGE
Download the python file and enter "python DigitRecognizer.py" in terminal or cmd. You can change the digit.
