(1) Export CSV files from SQLite Studio (collisions, parties, csv)
(2) In order to answer the quesion "Who is usually at fault?", only fatal collisions are considerd due to the memory issue.
(3) For data studio dashboard, 5000 records of fatal collisions due to party fault are uploaded due to the memory issue.
