Enable console rotation

Could you please enable console rotation in the kernel.
In the latest release at the time of writing 4.4.190-1233-rockchip-ayufan-gd3f1be0ed310 the config has:
# CONFIG_FRAMEBUFFER_CONSOLE_ROTATION is not set
Even leaving the default rotation of 0 will be fine.
At least we can then modify the rotation.

I'm sorry don't currently have an environment setup to do this.
I would have submitted a pull request if I did.
This is not super urgent so I'll submit a PR when I get my environment setup.
In the mean time if you happen to be poking around that part of the kernel config it would be much appreciated.
