The competition is to classify genetic variations based on expert-annotated knowledge base. The ground truth is build by world-class researchers and oncologists have manually annotated thousands of mutations.
The notebook develop a Machine Learning algorithm that, using this knowledge base as a baseline, to automatically classifies genetic variations.
