Project Objectives:

Data Collection:Gather and utilize a comprehensive dataset of Spotify customer reviews from Kaggle.

Data Cleaning:Process the data to handle missing values, remove duplicates, and correct inconsistencies.

Sentiment Analysis:Employ natural language processing (NLP) techniques to classify reviews into positive, negative, or neutral sentiments.

The dataset for this project is sourced from Kaggle, a well-known platform for data science competitions and public datasets.
