a simple quiz app that take your selected option as the Review answer in the left side of the UI

a basic qestions and and 4 option quiz UI after completing the Quiz with Prev and Next button and after slecteing the option you will automaticall redirected to the next question except last qestion , in last qestion you have to select submit button for submission.

you got your score and how many correct answer you selected

after slecting the option , the option will go on the review section
