A Content Aware File System for efficiently storing large genome sequences. It does inline deduplication to reduce the storage space. The file system also increases the deduplication ratio by using Rabin Fingerprinting to cleverly chunk a given file so that the amount of deduplication is immune to small insertions and deletions in the file.
