Upgrade pip inside python virtual environment

pip install --upgrade pip

Install Required Packages

pip install --upgrade fsspec gcsfs pandas numpy sklearn

pip install --upgrade google-cloud-pubsub google-cloud-bigquery google-cloud-storage faiss-cpu
