Add an option for Gala Cleo

With the addition of element-specific buffers (Estelle, Noelle, Emma) I think it would be a good idea to have an option to see how much dps gain/loss bringing off element team members like Gleo or Eli because otherwise some people may overestimate the contribution of the element specific buff units.
