Just merge the contents of change_this and copy the contents of copy_this into your OXID Shop and you are good to go.
The last Step is to enable the module "b3nl IslandAddition" in the extensions backend.
Now you are able to customize postal codes for german island in the module backend and mark delivery set rules for german island to get special "island" delivery prices or additions.
