Hi
The simplerepeat track that we download from UCSC or the db file that is created by inst/tools/prepare_exSTRa_input_db.R can't be used as a database file when running exSTRa R package. This is because they lack several columns that already exist in "repeat_expansion_disorders_hg19.txt" file. Is it possible to use all repeats not only those in the "repeat_expansion_disorders_hg19.txt" file to create plots and run the tsum_test?
