I stopped using Google software in February 2021. Here is my list of alternatives
Mail/calendar: Mailbox (paid)
Search: DuckDuckGo
Password manager: Bitwarden
Browser: Vivaldi! With different profiles depending on the context I work in.
Device: Google Pixel 4a (Small & cheap. get one on the 2nd hand market now if you need a phone)
OS: GrapheneOS
Camera: included in GrapheneOS
Appstore: F-droid, Aurora and a Sandboxed Google Play Store for the banking apps
Authenticators: Aegis for TOTP, Itsme
Maps: Magic earth and OSMand+(pro) - depending on the situation
