plotPeptideCount labels y-axis as 'peptide' even with protein table

As the strapline says, even when using a Protein level dataset, the plotPeptideCount function still labels the y-axis as 'Peptide count'.

Actually, I'd suggest renaming this function as plotCount, since it is generalised beyond just peptides....
