Download the jar from the releases here.
Put the downloaded .jar file in your plugins folder and reload / restart the server.
If the player is on the blacklist, they will not be able to drink potions. With this command you can add and remove players from the blacklist. (Toogle)
The blacklist is stored in the file blacklist.yml in the plugin folder.
