Typescript mode installation broken

Expected behavior
- Run these commands:
git clone git@github.com:bbatsov/prelude .emacs.d
# observe no errors upon launching emacs
cp .emacs.d/sample/prelude-modules.el .emacs.d/personal/prelude-modules.el
# observe no errors upon launching emacs
emacs ~/.emacs.d/personal/prelude-modules.el
- Uncomment this line:
;; (require 'prelude-ts)
- Restart emacs
- No errors
Actual behavior
Run above up until:
- No errors
This error is displayed:
Warning (initialization): An error occurred while loading ‘/home/your-user-name/.emacs.d/init.el’:
File is missing: Cannot open load file, No such file or directory, typescript-mode
To ensure normal operation, you should investigate and remove the
cause of the error in your initialization file. Start Emacs with
the ‘--debug-init’ option to view a complete error backtrace. Disable showing Disable logging
