interactive-sz-effect Python version

An interactive Jupyter notebook demo of the Sunyaev-Zel'dovich effect, using Bokeh.

An out-of-the-box website version of the demo can be found at interactive_sz_effect.html.

Instructions:

First, clone this repository (git clone git@github.com:bbrzycki/interactive-sz-effect.git).

To install dependencies, simply run pip install -r requirements.txt within the repository. Make sure you are using the Python 3 version of pip.

To open the website version of the demo, you should be able to run open interactive_sz_effect.html to spin up the demo in your default browser. Otherwise, navigate to the file and open it manually.

For the Jupyter notebook, open it the usual way via jupyter notebook or jupyter lab.
