Installation

Via Composer

$ composer require bdelespierre/laravel-has-uuid

Usage

namespace App\Models;

use Bdelespierre\HasUuid\HasUuid;
use Illuminate\Database\Eloquent\Model;

class User extends Model
{
    use HasUuid;
}

Migration:

Schema::create('users', function (Blueprint $table) {
    $table->uuid('id')->primary();
    // other properties go here...
});
