censorship_rfc-jlh.txt -- the version of the RFC as submitted in txt

censorship_rfc-jlh.xml -- the version of the RFC as submitted in xml

censorship_rfc.xml* -- the original version from Michael. This version
                       resulted in a number of errors when uploading
                       to the IETF RFC editor, those are fixed in
                       -jlh.txt,xml

parsable_cites.txt* -- presumably the input to RFC_parser.py

rfc_cites.xml* -- output of RFC_Parser
