FBG-SimPlus
Fiber Bragg grating (FBG) simulation tool for Finite Element Method (FEM) models. Features inclusion of temperature dependency and emulation within the program. The user can supply a data file and generate simulated reflection spectrums of an array of FBG sensors in response to stress, strain, and temperature.

The main purpose of this project is to demonstrate the implementation of Pygame, a Python package for integrated animation and data visualization. By using a multi-body orbital simulation program, we can track the movement of multiple bodies through a simulation space (i.e. our Solar System).

The Rip Van saWinkle architecture implements a pipelined CPU design. A pipelined CPU implementation segments the data path into distinct stages that allows for multiple instructions to be in flight simultaneously. Staging of the data path has an immense comparative advantage to non-pipelined implementations in terms of performance at the cost of added complexity handled by our hazard detection systems outlined in the simulator documentation.
