A simple program that generates a GUI and requests a Unix time code to be entered. The format required to input into the dialag is a 10 digit sequence of numbers: 1586439489
If the user has used a valid input a time date signature is printed out on the text box.
The time/date returned to the user will be in a scottish time zone: UK (GMT+1)
