Baseline Dependent SVD with rank reduction demonstrator
Does rank based filtering to compress visibility data using SVD. This is a demonstrator to showcase technique - it cannot reconstitute databases as of yet
svd.py - shows affect of RFI, and data repacking on matrix rank for a simple fringe
bdsvd.py - Does baseline dependent rank filtering per paper "Lossy Compression of Large-Scale Radio Interferometric Data" on data stored in MSv2 databases
