open `<directory/to/binary>/nextmtg`

Stream Deck

Using streamdeck-osascript plugin

tell application id "com.runningwithcrayons.Alfred" to run trigger "join" in workflow "com.bernardo.me.joinzoom"

(make sure to reference your workflow that you create in Alfred)
