Create a Java project
Once logged in you will see a project dashboard where you may select 'Create New Project.' Select the 'Java' runtime. Select '192MB' servo size. Create Project.
Rename .war file to "ROOT.war"
Download the source and change the helloJava1.war file to 'ROOT.war' Put the newly renamed ROOT.war file in a zip file with the app.json file. Upload the zip file on the project dashboard
