Add 'color' extension to MathJax config

MathJax default behaviour differs with LaTeX for \color macro as described in mathjax/MathJax/issues/545. That leads to errors on Wikipedia, e.g. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extended_Kalman_filter#Update.
