functional scans missing in ds006, whereas events.tsv is present

I noticed that for run 3 and 4 there is an events.tsv, but no func.

I noticed the same problem for sub-18_task-stopsignalwithpseudowordnaming_run-02_events.tsv

there are others with the problem as well. I will continue running my test script on all of the example datasets and fix the problems as I am going along.
