Send all form submissions to Zapier

All form submissions need to go through Zapier so Sales & Marketing can set up automation on their own without any code involvement.

Basically, copy the behavior we use for Enterprise form:

  • Submit > Formspree > Zapier email parser > Zapier zaps (add too Google sheet, add to Streak, notify in Slack channel)
