Detecting earthquakes in Greek language in Twitter and reporting results to a webpage
In the context of our Thesis, we created a system which aggregates, preprocess and classifies tweets and then reports earthquakes occurences on a webpage based on the statistical behavior of the positive class tweets that represent true reports of earthquake events.
We are going to post here all the code elements of our application including both the backend and the frontend
