DESCRIPTION

CONSTRUCTOR
    new Creates a new plugin object.

IRC INPUT
    BOLLOCKS
        If your bot is addressed by name with the command 'BOLLOCKS' (case
        doesn't matter), it will write some random management bollocks to
        the channel.
