CubieDebian

Shell script to create a bootable SD card with a minimal Debian installation for the CubieBoard (http://cubieboard.org/).

QuickStart

  1. Download CubieDebian.sh to a directory of your choice.
  2. Edit CubieDebian.sh and adjust the configuration section to your system. Make sure SD_PATH point to your MicroSD card (2Gb or more), also change the MAC address.
  3. Run ./CubieDebian.sh

The script ask a few questions as it goes thru the various stages. For a typical installation, you can use the defaults values for the kernel configuration. Also make sure you remember the ROOT password you will enter, since the script doesn't create any other user.
