Downloads not working

I've had many unsuccessful attempts to download the plugins from downloads page

I Would very much like to begin testing the storage plugin as without dicoogle does not really appear to be useable? I'm able to index, but then not able to search.

ahh, appears to only be the plugins request not working. Downloading sources for 2.5 is working fine.
