Exported COMBINE archives from Physiome, e.g., from https://models.physiomeproject.org/e/43f/download_generated_omex are missing some files.

These files are present in Physiome. They have to be obtained using either the .tar.gz export or Git repository.

The current code downloads the git repo and packages the omex archive manually
