Deal with cases where exposure contains "components"

These are imported files. I don't think this requires special handling. I think this should be handled by:
- Clone all submodules
- Incorporate all cloned files into the COMBINE archive
- The SED-ML files reference the main CellML files and those files import all of the "component" CellML files

The special handling will be more regarding the metadata parsing/processing
of the code. The combine archive should work just the same
