Replaced with KISAO_0000569 in dev-kisao branch. Can merge once

  • new term is incorporated into KiSAO
  • new term is incorporated in tellurium specifications (biosimulators.json) -- in dev-kisao branch
  • tellurium is updated to support the new term -- see sys-bio/tellurium#487
