What is BitcoinPlus?

BitcoinPlus is a fork of the Bitcoin core project. It contains its own set of parameters, such as block times and extra features such 20% Proof-of-Stake, protection against 51% attacks and X13 hashing algorithm.

BitcoinPlus is an open source project and additional changes and fixes to those in the source code are managed by the community.

What is BitcoinPlus?

BitcoinPlus is an experimental digital currency that enables instant payments to anyone, anywhere in the world. BitcoinPlus uses peer-to-peer technology to operate with no central authority: managing transactions and issuing money are carried out collectively by the network. BitcoinPlus Core is the name of open source software which enables the use of this currency.

Development Process

The latest default branch is regularly built and tested, but is not guaranteed to be completely stable. Tags are created regularly to indicate new official, stable release versions of BitcoinPlus Core.
