Getting Started with Devraj

  1. Fork the Devraj repository:

    • Navigate to the Devraj repository on GitHub.
    • Click on the "Fork" button in the upper-right corner to create a copy of the repository under your own GitHub account.
  2. Clone the forked repository:

    • Open your terminal or command prompt.
    • Use the git clone command followed by the URL of your forked repository to clone it to your local machine.
    git clone https://github.com/bizmo-site/devraj.git
  3. Install dependencies:

    • Navigate into the cloned devraj directory.
    • Run npm install to install all project dependencies listed in the package.json file.
    cd devraj
    npm install
  4. Run the development server:

    • After the installation is complete, start the development server using the npm run dev command.
    npm run dev

    This will launch the Next.js application locally, typically on http://localhost:3000.

  5. Access the playground:

    • Open your web browser and navigate to http://localhost:3000/playground.
    • You should now see the Devraj playground page.
  6. Set up API key:

    • On the playground page, locate the option to set up an API key in the left sidebar.
    • This key grants access to AI services that Devraj utilizes. (Right Now only supports GPT-3.5 Turbo)
  7. Build something:

    • Now that you're set up, start building using Devraj .
    • Devraj Writes your React code.
  8. Wait for the response:

    • Once you've set a prompt functionality, wait for the response from Devraj.
  9. Run the code:

    • After receiving a response, click on the "run code" button to execute your code within the Devraj environment.
