Here are some super quickie functions to use the github API to pull down PRs from your repo of choice, and histogram them. Remember to add your user / pass to fetchPulls in order to not get too badly rate limited.
mozsprint2015.py has some example usage that reproduces the profile of PRs submitted to sprint projects before and after the sprint.
