The comments in the readme say it is 64-bit, but my Windows 7 OS does not think so.

I just tried the pre-built executables that come with the package on a 64-bit Windows 11 system. It worked fine.
The supplied pre-built executables might have been built after Windows 7. Thus your OS may be too old for the pre-built executables.
You should be able to build the system from the included source code with one of the free compilers that Microsoft has. I'm sure it'll work fine then.

Hi, Blake,
Thanks for the quick response on this question.
The github page said nothing about requiring Windows 10 or 11, so I just
tried it on Win7, and the resulting message from Microsoft was not helpful;
it insinuated I was using a 32-bit Windows, but I was not.
I just wonder what compiler was used, and what compile options, that would
create an ".exe" file that can ONLY run on Windows 10 or Windows 11? :-/
I might eventually try to recompile with one of the free open-source C
compilers to see if I can create a version that can run on any version of
Windows.
Given the age of the code, I am thinking it might be better to produce a
Win32 version that can run on almost any version of Windows.
By the way, do you have an e-mail address for Matts Nordstrom? I have some
questions for him pertaining to the much older verison, "LISP F1" ... ;-)
Thanks in advance.
