Diversity Hires is an inclusive and diverse job posting website where recruiters can connect with talented and diverse canidates. Also by using one login with Google we cut down on unnecassary additional passwords, usernames and you will never need to worry about any security breaches of Diversity Hires.
The user will arrive on the login page on arrival where they will be prompted to login with Google. Once logged in with Google they will have full access to the application.
By going to the users profile they can edit their information and determine their status as a recruiter or job seeker. Recruiters can post companies and also post jobs for the comapany they have listed in their profile. Job seekers may add skills, education and experience and find jobs that they want to apply for and go to the companies own application page.

At this point in time the developers are open to outside collaborators on Diversity Hires. That may change in the future as this project grows and scale issues require more skillsets and man-hours to build and maintain the platform.
