Install:
Place dll within your HarmonyMods folder
Commands: (Requires admin)
/showapcpath - Shows APC path data.
/apcforcekill - Kills all APCs spawned by this plugin.
/apcforcerespawn - Respawns APCs on there paths.
/apcstatus - Replys with that status of APCs spawned by this plugin.
