[GTK] FreeMenu without function

In GTK(3?)'s MaxGUI implementation the FreeMenu() command does not work at all.
This eg. leads in MaxIDE to a very long recent files-list (each opened file adds the whole history again) and "AppStubs" being listed multiple times too.
