New design of documentation site

We use Docusaurus for our documentation site.
The site still uses the default Docusaurus theme. It would be nice to have something more customized. The Graaf project does not have any brand guidelines, but it would be nice if our logo is featured prominently on the landing page.
Optionally, it would be very nice if we can:
- Derive a new color scheme, to be used consistently for the entire project
- Have three new (vector) images on the landing which actually align with the text underneath them.
