Three different methods for intelligibility enhancement are considered and implemented in matlab. The results are analyzed using speech intelligibility in bits (SIIB). The following intelligibility enhancing algorithms are considered
- Frequency compensation by algebraical optimization for SIIB_Gauss
- Lombard algorithm
- Transient amplification
