I have trouble with Cyrilic Support for PsySH - cyrilic not supported now.

Laravel version: 9.3.1
PsySh version: 0.11.2

Every time we've seen issues with character support in the past, they have been with the terminal app or shell, not with PsySH itself.

Does Cyrillic work in php -a?
