Merge ODrive calibration to only one script

Currently, there are two scripts to run to calibrate ODrive. It will be better if we merge them into only 1 script.
The process order should be as follow

  1. Full sequence calibration (calibration.py)
  2. Test run
  3. Set configuration to use the pre-calibration setting. (one_time_calibration.py)
  4. Test run
